Haas Mini-Mill (Wally)
The Haas Mini-Mill is a 3-axis CNC machining center. This machine is able to mill, drill, tap, and 3D contour the vast majority of the parts required. It has a tool changer with 10 tools. It is run with CAM generated programs. Tolerances can be held to tenths of a thousandth, .0001". Machine specifications are as follows:
X travel: 16"

Z Travel: 10"
Haas CL-1 CNC Lathe (Chuck)
The Haas CL-1 chucker lathe is a small CNC lathe capable of making contoured turned parts. This machine has a 8 position automatic tool post. This allows for multiple operations to be done in one run.
Maximum swing: 4"
Maximum length: 6"
Acurite 3-axis CNC Mill
This machine is a Acra Mill with Acu-Rite/Heidenhain 3-axis cnc controls. It uses conversational control to program features. 10"x50" bed
SHARP 1118h tool room lathe
The Sharp 1118H lathe is a copy of the Hardinge Lathe. Very accurate, very capable. This one is able to do US threads only. 11" swing x 18" between centers.
CNC Router
I built this CNC router when I first started the company. I designed the entire machine and did all the controls. It runs on Mach 4. It has approximately 28" x 30" of travel. It is able to make large flat parts very quickly.
