About the founder
John Ibeling Bio
John Ibeling graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in December of 2002.
John has worked at many companies as a manufacturing or process development engineer in the medical device world. He was always known as the go-to person to figure out, design and machine the equipment and tools to accomplish the task. He has worked with delivery systems, heart valves, structural heart, laser cutting, laser welding, nitinol processing, tissue processing and contract catheter manufacturing.
Realizing an unmet need in the medical device manufacturing world, John started his company in his 30'x48' shop he built himself in his back yard. Within a couple years this became his full-time job.

Process Development
Being a process development and manufacturing engineer for many years, John has no problem being on the floor. Many customers have John gown up and work with the operators to determine how to make their jobs easier. Some argue mature product lines can't afford improvements, this is false, you can't afford not to.
